Our clams are wild harvested from the pristine, nutrient-rich surf zone of some of New Zealand's most remote beaches — cold, clean water that gives them flavour and texture like no others.
It began on the remote surf beaches of Marlborough, and it remains a wild surf clam harvest to this day.
Every clam passes through our purpose-built depuration facility — laid single-layer in tanks bathed in oxygen-enhanced deep-ocean seawater. The result: exceptionally clean, grit-free shellfish.
